This project added a new fellowship hall and small library to an historic church built in 1840. The addition was designed to double as a chapel. Existing classrooms, day care center, and meeting rooms were renovated and brought within code compliance. The new fellowship hall was inserted between the historic church and the adjacent classroom building, in such a way as to provide a dramatic passage "back out into the world" directly from the sanctuary.
