New Centerbrook Website Garners Award
Centerbrook Architects’ redesigned website www.centerbrook.com, launched in July, has received an award from MITX, an Internet and Marketing Association based in Cambridge, Massachusetts representing more than 7,500 professionals.
Web development firm Beehive Media accepted the honor in the Professional Services category at the 14th annual MITX Awards. Beehive worked closely with Centerbrook and its Marketing Department, in particular Graphic Designer Derek Hayn, on the project. Award criteria encompassed design and the quality of user experience.
Beehive CEO Bill Shander praised Centerbrook, although he confessed to being leery at the outset of working with architects: “They came to the table with a design already done, and architects really care about design and function so there would be no corners cut, no room for imperfection. Surprisingly, they turned out to be one of our best and favorite clients.”
Beehive is a Chelmsford, Massachusetts company (www.beehivemedia.com) whose clients include the Boston Public Library, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Gerber Life.
