- An enthusiasm for architecture.
- A strong interest in good design and the public-participation design process.
- Two to six years experience working for a licensed architect.
- The ability to work effectively with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Computer skills: Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture, Architectural Desktop, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Photoshop.
- The ability to organize and manage projects and budgets.
- A good sense of humor.
