Centerbrook is designing two new residence halls for this private, co-educational boarding school of 850 students. The buildings will include eight faculty apartments and 60 bedrooms in single and double configuration for 80 students.

The new residence halls are sited to reinforce the existing streetscape. A great arch to the street is at the heart of the plan. It provides the connection through the buildings to a central courtyard which slopes down to the athletic fields. The courtyard will be an informal gathering place for students.
